SEASONAL TASTE OF VESTA

Join us for a celebration of Summer!

Introducing our ‘Seasonal Taste of Vesta’ series – a tantalising dining experience showcasing the best seasonal produce Scotland has to offer from fresh seafood to seasonal fruit and vegetables and locally reared meats.

We kick off on Thursday 8th July with a five-course tasting menu that celebrates Summer:

Belvedere Fizz on arrival

Dressed crab
with a buttered crumpet & herb mayonnaise

with parmentier potatoes, carrot anise, seasonal baby vegetables

with caramel & homemade vanilla ice cream

Vesta Bar & Kitchen is now closed. 

We'd like to thank everyone, our fabulous customers, suppliers, friends and family who have supported us over the last few years. Together, through our Pay It Forward service, we have served over 11.000 two-course meals to people experiencing homelessness which is, quite simply, outstanding.

With the sale of the building, while it's time for pastures new for owner David Hall and the team, we're delighted to say, our Pay It Forward service has a new home at The Bon Vivant on Thistle Street! This will start in January 2024.

EXISTING BOOKINGS

All bookings at Vesta from Sunday 22nd October are sadly cancelled. A member of our team will be in touch with anyone booked for Christmas, as we would like to offer alternate venues for your celebrations. If you have paid a deposit, this will be refunded.

Once again, thank you for your support  - we've had an amazing time on Queensferry Street and we know the spirit of Vesta, and our vital work, will live on at The Bon Vivant.
