Calling all gourmands! Our Guest Chef Series is back and with a bang!
Thursday 30th May brings the hugely talented Craig Wood, chef and co-owner of The Wee Restaurant in North Queensferry and Edinburgh, to the Vesta kitchen.
Prepare for a taste bud explosion – Craig learned his craft in some of the country’s finest kitchens including Restaurant Martin Wishart and the Crinan Hotel and has secured rave reviews from critics across the UK for his culinary creations.
Craig will showcase his signature style over four courses including an amuse bouche. It’s £45 per person with a glass of bubbly on arrival and proceeds from the night will go to our partners, Social Bite to help end homelessness in Scotland.
